Fit Likey?

Well..it's all going off!!! Meeting this Thursday...after what will be a serious digging session...with CSO....make or break...top flight folk there to see how we can proceed. Stressing about that....just reviewed Ian's script...hope he hasn't sent it.....good effort but needs tweaking. Finalising my complaints case against purchasing solicitor up here....all very negative...I don't like that sort of thing thes days....no appetite for a fight...but it has to be done...I feel totally let down by them...never mind the financial stress...so they have it coming to them...so we shall see. Perth is now a vacant property with work to be done on putting in an entry system. Trying to keep calm about that, plan ahead for the keys to be handed out for workmen AND wait for a new tenant. Plus I now have the postal adress for the last person who owes me money from the roof repairs....blimey....wished that was done and dusted..but I guess I need to finish off that for closure and the money. Edinburgh has had no reply regarding the roof and no reply from LJ's either...worry worry. Apparently there is a job coming up in the Shire...to go or not to go? Working Saturday then down to Fife for a few days...hopefully things will calm down sometime this year!!! Done

Day off?..pah!!!

Well...on my day off...I have a pick up to load for Monday....strimming to be done....I have some roofing felt and barbed wire to source...ahem....and I have a complaints case to investigate and put together...which will be quite complex...I will have to untangle a lot of e mails and put together a timeline. Not fun but hopefully worthwhile...yes I am looking for money back but...more importantly...I do feel that I have received a sub standard level of service which has caused a huge amount of personal, mental and financial stress. Well...I don't feel I have lost weight but that is twice now in this very week I have received positive comments...one from my criminal clients as well!!!....as he munched on a full breakfast and I had an eggy roll...it would seem I have lost weight even though my weight remains pretty much the same....toning up perhaps?....or self perception. Anyway...nice to hear it. My campervan was sold so will have to wait for another chance. However, I would rather wait and pull in all my monies due and then sort the flat and then see what happens. Hey ho. All in good time but all very positive. Done and done.

Campermungous

Well....I have asked to see a battered old LDV van which has been converted to a campervan..another sign of not moving....not running...of not doing...but....could it be....enjoying life? Very cautious and verey nervous but I have a good friend who knows his way around a motor..so he will be coming along...which is a definite bonus to be honest...pretty sure I got stung by the last pruchase of the car...but remember the transit?....that went well really. Thinking about the garden...the edging has been dug out....the planting bed has been finished...all that is required is to knock off the mud and thenremove the turf. Then...really....all that is leftto do is the strimming and raking of the grass.....nice. Oh...and some fecker had a peek inside my shed...through the bloody roof!!! So need to re felt (I think I have a source) and some barbed wire (definitely have a source for that!!)...easyish job and hope to do this weekend with the turf. Good job...then enjoy!!!! I am also reviewing the documentation I have from the solicitors to see if I have a case for compoentsation. I think I have but will need to see. It will be a swine doing it if the weather is good BUT it will generate some money if I am succesful. Always good news...especially if I am now looking at the campervan thing. The service I have received from start to finish has been pretty rubbish really....at every turn where there has been a problem I have been the cause apparently but I intend to prove it was the opposite. Bring on the weekend. Not off for Queenie but prepping for another Forest School on Monday..phew...strimmer out!!! Done and done.
